The basic function of the Service Office is to act as a liaison between the citizens of the community and Federal, State, County, and City governmental departments as well as any family service agencies on matters pertaining to their social conditions and needs.
This service is provided on a one-to-one basis and no fees are charged.  All services are available to the Hispanic community through the office's spanish-speaking staff members. 
       Here are some of the services that are offered:
•     Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption Program (S.C.R.I.E.)
•     Medicare Supplemental Health Benefits, Social Security
•     Social Services
•     Tenants Assistance Program
•     Immigration and Citizenship
•     Information and Referral
